The Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2026 in Lumberjack Arena.
Student registration to participate in Spring 2026 Commencement closes on Wednesday, April 15th. Please email grad@humboldt.edu if you have any questions or registration difficulties.
The most up-to-date information is posted on the Commencement website.
A black cap and a black gown are required to participate in the Commencement ceremony.
Refer to the Masters Hood Color Guide for information regarding what color hood to wear for the commencement ceremony.
Students needing to order regalia can do so with Herff Jones at the College Graduate site. Faculty needing to order regalia can do so with Herff Jones Faculty Direct. The deadline to order regalia to be received in time for the event is March 27 at 8:59 p.m. PST. Items ordered online by the deadline will be available to pick up at The Campus Store’s on-campus location around May 1. More information will be sent by your College Coordinator regarding when and where to show up on the day of the event.
