Why I Chose Humboldt: I chose to come to Humboldt to explore the Redwood Coast while also learning about social psychology from amazing faculty. I decided to stay in Humboldt after graduating so I could learn how to better serve and support our rural and Indigenous communities. One of my favorite things about Humboldt is meeting so many people who love the area as much as I do.

Why I Chose Humboldt: I decided to come to Cal Poly Humboldt because of the field experiences with wildlife and nature offered in courses. I enjoy the proximity to the beach and the beautiful views of the bay seen on campus. One of my favorite things about Humboldt is the beaches and redwood forests.

Why I chose Humboldt: I chose to attend Cal Poly Humboldt due its historical significance among the old growth redwoods of the National Forest. The climate and quiet nature of Arcata drew me to this mystical land, and once the Humboldt Fog took a hold of me I was in love. One of my favorite things about Humboldt is the Arcata Farmer's Market, because it is an expression of our community and care for one another.

Why I choose Humboldt. The reason why I picked Humboldt is the experiencce it provides and also how close it is to nature. I love working with animals want and I saw that humboldt have zoology major and i love the redwoods and the ocean seem like a perfect fit for me! My favorite thing to do is spending time at the beaches and going hiking also going around exploring the cute little town andtrying new foods.
